Your meetings stay on your computer
MediaFind transcribes a meeting as it happens, on your own machine. Start a live meeting and a rolling transcript with speaker labels appears as people speak, in the room or on a call. On a Mac (macOS 13 or later) MediaFind can record both sides of a call — what the Mac plays together with your microphone — so a call on headphones is transcribed in full. Rename a speaker mid-meeting and MediaFind remembers the voice: the voiceprint stays in your local index, and a speaker you've named is recognized in later meetings. Key points, action items and decisions build up as you talk, and with a local language model installed an AI summary streams in alongside a topic timeline, each speaker's share of talk time and key terms. When the meeting ends it's saved like any other, and if the app crashes mid-meeting, the audio is recovered the next time it starts.
No bot joins the call and there's no account. Once the models are downloaded it works offline, and a built-in audit confirms zero external connections on the core indexing and search path.
No minute meter, and one search for everything
Otter's plans meter transcription: 300 minutes a month on the free Basic plan and 1,200 on Pro, with each conversation capped at 30 minutes on Basic and 90 on Pro1.
