Clean up without making deletion the first move
MediaClean’s default action is move-to-quarantine. Permanent purge is separate, explicit, and acts only on files already in quarantine.

- Restore refuses overwrite if a file already exists at the original path.
- OS Trash purge is available after quarantine when you are ready.
